On March 7, 2009, the Pi Delta Chapter held a Brotherhood Retreat and Ritual Workshop at the Chapter House. Tareq Fayyad, Pylortes, led the Ritual Workshop and Andrew Williams, Hypophetes, led the Brotherhood Retreat. Frater Williams focused the Brotherhood Retreat on three essential themes – Ritual, Scholarship, and Brotherhood. For the Ritual Workshop, Frater Fayyad reviewed the Initiation Ritual and Secret Works. A large percentage of the active chapter was in attendance as well as one alumus, Frater Justin Bramblett.
